Our entire business model is predicated on providing genuine, measurable value to our community of creators, video editors, and agencies.
We understand that despite our best efforts, our tool might occasionally not be the perfect fit for your specific technical requirements, hardware setup, or creative pipeline. Whether you misunderstood a feature, encountered an incompatible workflow, or simply decided that our platform does not align with your current project scope, we believe in resolving the situation gracefully and efficiently.
Unlike many enterprise SaaS platforms that obfuscate their cancellation processes behind endless menus or stringent, anti-consumer policies, we maintain a straightforward and highly approachable refund policy. This document is designed to be read and understood by humans, devoid of unnecessary legal jargon. It outlines exactly what you can expect from us, and what we request from you in return, ensuring a fair transaction for both parties.

Subsequent recurring billing charges (renewals) are not eligible for a 7-day refund window. 4. How to Request a Refund
We have streamlined the refund process to ensure it is as frictionless as possible. You do not need to call a support line, jump through retention hoops, or speak to a chatbot.

5. Exceptions, Abuse, and Edge Cases

High-Volume Rendering Abuse
Nexurmedia absorbs significant GPU and compute costs for every video or image asset generated. If our automated systems detect that an account has generated an exorbitant amount of media—depleting vast amounts of credits or aggressively rendering high-framerate video exports—within the 7-day window *prior* to requesting a refund, we reserve the right to deny the request. A refund policy is designed for users who decide the tool isn't for them, not for users attempting to execute a one-off massive rendering project for free. Terms of Service Violations

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

Chargebacks and Disputes

6. Post-Refund Account Status
Once a refund is successfully processed, your subscription will be immediately terminated. Your account will automatically revert to a free or un-subscribed state. Any premium generated assets stored on our servers may be locked or marked for deletion in accordance with our data retention policies for inactive accounts.
You will permanently lose any accrued credits, grandfathered pricing configurations, or early-adopter bonuses associated with the refunded subscription. However, you are always welcome to return and purchase a new subscription in the future when you feel Nexurmedia better aligns with your creative needs. Note that returning customers are not eligible for a secondary 7-day refund window.
7. A Final Note on Transparency
