By accessing or using Nexurmedia ("Application", "Service", "Engine"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access the Service.
2. Usage Licenses & Export Rights
Free Tier: Videos generated under the Free tier are strictly for non-commercial use and include a permanent watermarked overlay. You may not monetize or re-sell these assets.
Plus & Pro Tiers: Paid users acquire full commercial rights to their un-watermarked generated 3D assets and match-cuts for use in YouTube monetization, client work, and paid advertising.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Match Cut AI engine to:
- Generate hateful, discriminatory, or highly offensive material.
- Synthesize fake news columns intended to deceive the public.
- Violate intellectual property rights by injecting trademarked keywords into unauthorized commercial contexts.
We reserve the right to ban accounts via Supabase Auth that systematically abuse the LLM APIs or violate these content guidelines.
4. Uptime & Liability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the generative video rendering relies on complex GPU pipelines and LLM APIs. Nexurmedia is provided "as is," and we are not liable for production delays or lost revenue due to temporary service outages.
5. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Pricing for Plus and Pro tiers is subject to change at the end of billing cycles.
